I was mad as hell when I first encountered the new property manager Danyaha, but she was calm and understanding. My dryer was broke for almost 2 weeks and I was out of clean work clothes. Her and the new team had only been there for about the same amount of time my work order was submitted unbeknownst to me. She followed through and got me a brand new dryer. My hot water was just out because of the heating element and her team had that fixed in no time. They be having lil shin digs for the community; even though I don’t be participating, but I can dig that. I can see they’ve been making a lot of improvements so I won’t deny them a good rating for shortcomings of previous management(Chase excluded because he always been a stand up type of guy), but yea, I appreciate the effort and the follow through.

Anytime I have a maintenance request or need they are right on it. Friendly staff too! Terry in maintenance is fantastic! He goes above and beyond to ensure my family is taken care of! Definitely feels like home not just a place to live!

Special Shout out to Mr . Terry from Preston Creek Leasing office . He came on 12/15 /22 and repaired my toilets from making a squeaky noise . Not to mention , he even called me beforehand to let me know that he was about to repair it . This brother is very sharp , professional and is a great asset to the Preston Creek Team . The Preston's new Property Manager, Danyaha Turnquist, is AWESOME! Mrs. Turnquist greets you with a smile, is very personable and has a warm, inviting spirit. She helped me resolve some issues I was having, put my mind at ease and I walked out of her office feeling like a boulder had been lifted off me. You don't find many genuine, kind-hearted people in the world today and I found a gem in Mrs. Turnquist. I am so thankful for the help she gave me!

I spoke with a young lady name Danielle Phelps. She was amazing and very knowledgeable!❤️ I was skeptical at first especially since it was a new state for me. I had seen a couple of the tiktoks featuring The Preston Apartments. They are super clean and well cared for. The inside of the apartments are beautiful and modern. The upgrades are great especially for the price. Where I came from I was still paying that price and the apartments were meh 😕. So thanks to Danielle we will be making our move to GA early next year. ☺️

Chase is absolutely a joy to deal with. He's very attentive to potential residents and even more accommodating as a new resident. If it weren't for him, I would have had to wait a lot longer to move in. He stepped in and fixed my minor issue and got me all ready to move in within minutes. The staff is friendly & everything is set up for the resident's convenience from valet trash service, to the on site gym & other amenities. So far, a safe & great place to live.

The staff is extremely polite and professional. I had a plumbing issue in my apartment and they sent the maintenance manager Andrew out the same day to resolve it. My last apartment complex it would have been about a week. This complex knows how to take care of its tenants.

A great apartment complex to reside in. Maintenance responds very quickly. Mr. Cole really takes care of the residents with urgency to fix any maintenance problem. You call and they will come to assist. I have no complaints.

The property is nice and clean. I stopped one of the employees by the name of Bobby to direct me to a building because I was lost. He was very helpful and was cleaning the grounds at the time I approached him. It's hard to find employees that will assist while working with a smile.

The experience from applying to moving in has been a good one. I was looking for an apartment in a tight amount of time and Ashley in the front helped getting my application situated from start to finish. I'm originally from New York and I'm a first-time mover. As you can imagine, being a first-time mover comes with many questions and concerns. COVID-19 has made the application process for any apartment a little long-winded and complicated, but Joseph Fraiser worked with me and my mom every step of the way and answered every question and I concern I had. When my mom and I flew down to view my original unit (un-renovated) in-person, it wasn't in the best condition so we made a last-minute decision to switch to a renovated room instead. However we weren't able to see the unit that I was going to be in, in-person but we were able to view the model to get an idea of what it looked like. Joseph worked tirelessly to ensure that the new room we wanted was completed by the end of the February! He even FaceTimed my mom and I several days prior to us making that 14-hour trip down with my belongings so we felt comfortable in my new unit. I am so appreciative of Joseph's time, care and attention. Knowing that I have someone that I can reach out to no matter what time of day or concern I have has made all of the difference. I really hope Preston Creek gives him a raise because he certainly understands the importance and value of customer service. Thank you again Joseph for everything!!!

I moved in on December 28, I originally wanted something more towards the front, so the bus stop would be closer for my kids. Joseph Fraser made it happen he was very professional and the communication was excellent. I definitely love the community. My apartment was very neat and clean the first day I moved in. Joseph Fraser helped me out tremendously! I must admit in the beginning when I decided to sell my home, I was a little scared to move in an apartment. I ran across Preston Creek Apartments while looking on Zillow, after reading some of the older reviews, I was a very skeptical about applying. Well, I applied anyway, the process was too good to be true; applied online got approved just like that! The next day I spoke to Joseph, and it was smooth sailing after that. He was very responsive, professional, polite, and very helpful; he accommodated my last-minute move changes without skipping a beat. I moved in this week, and I still call him when I need or have a question about something and he’s always polite and professional during our conversations. If you are looking for a quiet, convenient, clean area to move your family too this is the location for you. Ask for Joseph!!

I had some issues at a previous apartment during my move in. I had to cancel immediately upon moving in due to unlivable conditions. I called up Preston Creek and talked with Joseph and explained my situation and told him I needed a place to live ASAP! He told me come on over and got me moved in with no issues whatsoever. Was very communicative throughout the whole processes even while being out of town. If you’re in town looking for a place, give my man Joseph a call and he will get you right!

I was down with the entire apartment finding process across south Atlanta. Same process of no one in the office responding back, no clarity, and lack of professionalism. That was until I tried The Preston and as pleased as I am with the apartment, it was the services of Chase Brown that stood out the most. Whenever I called, he picked up the phone and said my name. Whenever he's out of the office for lunch, he received the message from another staff member and called right back. Whenever I'd e-mail about anything he responded back and each time personalizing contact and remembering my specific issues. It felt good to know someone cared especially in the rush I needed to get into an apartment.As far as the apartment itself. I haven't had an issue to complain about. The process went smooth to get in. I don't have loud neighbors. I don't hear any loud music. It's actually pretty quiet now that I think about it? And that's what you want. You want a place you don't even think about things because everything is good to go. Right across from my favorite bar, multiple was to get out and avoid traffic on hwy 81(sometimes through the street to Wal-Mart will save you time reaching the interstate lol) and the last thing I'll say it, Chase has kept up the same funny and great customer service after I moved in making me feel better about moving here and not like I was conned, lol.

I was apartment hunting and I stumbled across Preston Apartments, the property was very well kept for starters and the Leasing Office was immaculate! I was assisted by the Property Manager Felicia she was very professional and she greeted me with a warm welcome. She answered all my questions and concerns with firm responses. I was able to tour the complex, and see the awesome amenities they have to offer. After all of this I decided to Make Preston Apartments my new home 😊

so I have decide to write a review before we move in and then I plan to do a follow up review once my family has lived in the unit a while. We came a cross this unit a few years back when a family member of ours was a former tenant, and she had good things to say.For starters, our initial application process was very easy and fast. I wont be living in the unit at this moment due to work related reasons, however my husband and children will be there. So I'll have a very close eye on what goes on there with them. With that being said, I still conduct majority of the business matters dealing with this process. So far my husband and I are very pleased with how attentive and professional Chase Brown is to responding to our questions. He is a very delightful person to talk to. The property seems very well kept and clean. You don't see the unruly and or disruptive characters most people have fears about. Although, when we passed the trash bin in the front it was overflowing, but we assumed it was due to the trash company not having picked up the trash yet. So we didn't think to far into it. The property and employees as a whole would receive nothing but good remarks from us at this time.

I decided to move forward with another complex that was more affordable. However, I provided a 5 star rating due to the quality service given by Chase Brown. He was very professional and cordial towards me and my spouse in the process of getting an apartment there. He understands that customer service is key and vital in keeping tenants there. I love how new management has come in and made positive changes such as keeping the garbage area clean, making sure the gates are working properly, and responding to service requests timely; however, the only downside so far, in my opinion, is the option to avoid rental convenience fees. We received an email on 1/17/23 stating, “Please be advised that beginning February 1st, 2023 we are NOT accepting money orders or cashier's checks in office (unless your account is blocked due to NSF or eviction).” I understand it’s easier to manage, but that extra money adds up. In every apartment I have lived in, the tenants had the option of some sort to help avoid that convenience fee. Maybe I missed it.

I previously made a review of this property just as COVID 19 began and was given certain assurances of how much better the community will become after new management hits the ground running. In 2 years, it became obvious that it was never about delivering a superior customer experience, but it was about raising rents, creating new profit centers either by elimination or further monetization of amenities, at the expense of severely damaging the customer experience. I recently got the opportunity to meet Danyaha and her new office staff - Mykala, Michelle, and Ms. Hinton (I hope I spelled your names correctly). What a breath of fresh air. I went to the office not knowing that there had been a change in leadership. I immediately became concerned that my request was going to be half-heard and would have to wait weeks for a half-way response. Surprisingly, my concern was quickly addressed, and a new relationship was forged. I just renewed my lease here and could not be happier about it. Danyaha and her staff want to turn this property around. The ladies demonstrate in word and deed that the customer does matter. I am looking forward to seeing what they do to return this property back to its original billing as "Luxury Apartments". If they have questions, I am more than happy to help!

The parking for residence suck. Not enough and if your not home by a certain time or you leave to go get something you end up having to park far away from your bldg. 😡

For someone who move to Georgia for the first time from out of state, Mr. Joseph Fraser made the whole application and move in process so easy and effortless. Before moving in, he was very responsive and very helpful to us. He was able to give us a virtual tour of the apartment so that we can be comfortable with our decision and he explained everything thoroughly. Joseph is very polite and is very helpful whenever we need help with something in our apartment. To talk about the actual apartment complex, it is very quiet and neat. You kind of feel like you are alone all the time but you are not which is a great thing because you do not get any unnecessary disturbances. Work order sometimes take a while to be completed but still get done to your satisfaction. The amenities are great and you always have a sense of security when you live here. I would highly recommend this apartment complex and if you want your move to be worth while, please request Mr. Joseph Fraser as your point of contact to help you.
